Need more fuel than the stock GT500 Injectors can handle? Then you'll need want a set of these all new 72lb Bosch injectors specifically made for the GT500. These are the answer for all the twin screw Gt500 customers maxing out the stock 48lb injectors. On our car at 725rwhp we saw the stock injector peg. We felt that it really wasn;t that safe to continue running the car at that power level without addressing the injector issue so it was definitely time for an upgrade.
These 72lb injectors are a direct fit and require no modification for installation. They fit under the stock fuel rail the same way that the stock injectors do.

These injectors flow 80 lbs/hr at 43.5 PSI ( 3 BAR ) and even more at greater PSI! In addition, these units are high-impedance. Despite the high flow rate, they are linear and controllable at low pulse widths and have been used in ULEV applications! This allows you to use a larger injector than normally possible without hurting idle and low speed driveability. Adding to the flexibility of application, these units are high-impedance; making them compatible with most ECUs, while delivering the most flow available in a High-Impedance injector.
These injectors are able to function at high fuel pressures and don’t exhibit the high fuel pressure handling problems found with many other high flow high-impedance injectors. This makes these injectors very well suited to turbocharged and supercharged applications that see high fuel system pressures.
This newly released injector from Siemens is based on the same design as the popular FI114961 60 lb/hr DEKA IV ( DEKA 4 ) injector. The EV6 / USCAR injector connector can be found on many late-model GM (LS2, LS3, LS7), Dodge (Hemi), Ford (Modular) and select import motors. We also offer the same injector with the EV1 connector as Part Number MOTR-04561. Buy only the injector with the connector you need and eliminate the need for in-line adapters or having to change the factory connectors!

Siemens Deka 75lb EV6 High Impedance Fuel Injectors (Set of 8)
Need more fuel than what the upgraded 47lb injectors can flow for your high powered Coyote 5.0L Mustang? Then these Siemens Deka 75 lb/hr injectors are just what you need. We use these injectors on our Vortech supercharged 2012 Boss 302 Mustang. They are simple to tune and the car can still retain stock idle charateristics. These 75lb injectors are a direct fit and require no modification for installation. They fit under the stock fuel rail the same way that the stock injectors do.

The Injector - The HDEV1700 is a drop-in fitment for many applications, which utilize the Bosch HDEV5 injector platform. This includes the popular 2.0L, 2.3L and 3.5L Ford EcoBoost engines. The new injector flows 1700cc/min at 200 bar of fuel pressure which is more than a 30% increase in flow over the stock EcoBoost injectors. The patent-pending process used in this injector allows for increased flow while retaining the OE spray pattern, which maximizes fuel economy, emissions, and drivability.
Tuning Data – Being a brand new injector platform to the high performance aftermarket, it was vitally important to provide not only a great product, but to support it with great tuning data. DW collaborated with SCT, the leader in EcoBoost tuning systems, to develop injector calibrations for the HDEV1700. Senior Calibrator Matt Alderman of SCT developed value files for the injector in the 2.0L Focus ST, 2.3L Mustang, and 3.5L F150.
Proven Performance – In addition to the hundreds of hours of bench testing, dyno testing, and street testing, the new GDI injector has also been proven at the track. We recommend a reduction in the fuel pump voltage table (under Returnless fuel pump) by 1-2 volts across the board and datalog for additional fine tuning. On the 11-17 5.0L Mustang the factory single fuel pump is modulated between high and low speeds by the PCM. We recommend changing the high speed threshold in the tune (under Returnless fuel pump) from 0.80 lb/min to 3 lb/min on supercharged cars. On naturally aspirated cars this value can be raised to 4-5lb/min for NA tunes and lowered back down to 2-3lb/min on a nitrous oxide tune.

Let's be honest the sound of the 5.2L VooDoo engine is mesmerizing to say the least. The flat plane crankshaft firing order just hits all the right notes making the hair stand up on the back of your neck, especially at 8,000+ rpm. We can't imagine the hours Ford engineers logged dialing in this motor to create such proper TQ and HP curves. All we know is that it's only natural for its power adder to enhance that power curve in the proper manor.

FLOW CHART: Each set is sold with a complete flow-data chart indicating individual static flow rates at 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0 BAR. As well as 3.0 BAR dynamic pulse testing for idle (15% duty-cycle) and 50% duty-cycle. Along with a complete dead time off-set (latency) table. Flow matching was done with industry-standard equipment of the highest quality.
The tests were performed at varying temperatures to achieve realistic results. Linear tuning with excellent low-end, and idle rpm.
SPECIAL NOTE TO OUR E85 USERS:
Ethanol tends to "dry" the orifices. Customers should be made aware that this can be a problem with some fuel injectors. And may cause a "sticking" problem. It is suggested that a tank of 91-98 octane gasoline be run to every 5 or 6 tanks of Ethanol to re-lube not only the fuel injectors, but the entire fuel component system. This is also considered to be good maintenance, but not essential, for stainless steel based fuel injectors.
