    These injectors flow 80 lbs/hr at 43.5 PSI ( 3 BAR ) and even more at greater PSI! In addition, these units are high-impedance. Despite the high flow rate, they are linear and controllable at low pulse widths and have been used in ULEV applications! This allows you to use a larger injector than normally possible without hurting idle and low speed driveability. Adding to the flexibility of application, these units are high-impedance; making them compatible with most ECUs, while delivering the most flow available in a High-Impedance injector.

    These injectors are able to function at high fuel pressures and don’t exhibit the high fuel pressure handling problems found with many other high flow high-impedance injectors. This makes these injectors very well suited to turbocharged and supercharged applications that see high fuel system pressures.

    This newly released injector from Siemens is based on the same design as the popular FI114961 60 lb/hr DEKA IV ( DEKA 4 ) injector. The EV6 / USCAR injector connector can be found on many late-model GM (LS2, LS3, LS7), Dodge (Hemi), Ford (Modular) and select import motors. We also offer the same injector with the EV1 connector as Part Number MOTR-04561. Buy only the injector with the connector you need and eliminate the need for in-line adapters or having to change the factory connectors!

    About electrical connectors:

    • The USCAR connector is sometimes referred to as EV6, which is a Bosch term for the generation of injector. 
    • Jetronic is the older style connector, sometimes referred to by the Bosch generation EV1. 
    • Neither EV1 or EV6 is technically correct because those generations of Bosch injectors could come with either connector.  However most EV1’s commonly seen use the Jetronic connector and most EV6’s use the USCAR connector so it’s easy to see the connection.  


    All injector flow rates are quoted at a delta pressure of 39.15 psi. To convert to a delta pressure of 43.5 psi, multiply flow rate by 1.054.

    The ID1700-XDS was designed to fill the gap between the ID1300-XDS and the ID2600-XDS, and like both, it features corrosion resistant internals making it compatible with all known automotive fuels. A unique magnetic circuit, resulting from a lengthy development program, makes the ID1700-XDS immune to voltage and pressure sensitivity problems that plague other high impedance high flow injectors. The ID1700-XDS excels at high pressures typical of current automotive systems, and will perform flawlessly in these applications. Application Notes The ID1700-XDS was designed to be an all fuel compatible injector, capable of very high flow rates. As such, it will most often be used to deliver E85 to boosted engines, or occasionally, gasoline in extreme high horsepower applications. Neither of these applications requires extended linearity at low flow rates, and so this was given a proportionately lower priority during the design process. The ID1700-XDS will deliver flawless stoichiometric idle and cruise mixtures on E85, but like the ID2600-XDS, should not be expected to do so on gasoline.
