The Ram 1500 TRX truck is built for high speed over any terrain and now Wilwood offers large-capacity brakes to match its performance. Rigid TX6R Tactical Xtreme six piston calipers and 16” rotors provide an added margin of safety with increased confidence and control for desert pre-running, highway speeds, mountain driving, hauling, and towing.
The 16” diameter Spec37 iron GT60 curved vane rotors use an alloy developed for military vehicle use, and are sized over an inch larger for increased brake torque and thermal capacity. Rigid forged aluminum TX6R Tactical Xtreme calipers feature stainless steel pistons and large pad volume, and deliver greater clamping force to positively and consistently stop trucks and hauling heavy loads.
Kits come complete with braided stainless steel Flexlines and SmartPad BP-Q high-performance ceramic compound brake pads. Engineered to work with the factory master cylinder, rear brakes, and ABS computer system. Calipers come finished in gloss red or black powder coat, plus 22 optional colors (additional charges may apply).
