Wilwood Forged Superlite 4 Radial Sprint Inboard Rear Brake Kit - 140-17141

Wilwood has created the most powerful rear inboard dirt sprint car brake kit available. The heart of the kit is a proprietary Spec37 high-friction iron alloy 12.19” x 0.81” rotor with 36 directional cooling vanes, dynamically mounted to an aluminum two-piece hub and adapter. The latest evolution of the Wilwood Superlite caliper (with differential bores of 1.88” and 1.75”) provides progressive engagement and increased brake pad life.

The 12.19” diameter rotor provides exceptional brake torque, with thermally stable Spec37 iron and floating mount to eliminate heat distortion. The forged aluminum FSL4R four piston caliper features a stress-flow forged aluminum body, internal fluid crossover, Type III hard anodized bores, stainless steel pistons, and a central bridge bolt for easy brake pad changes. The Wilwood kit includes fade-free SmartPad BP-40 compound brake pads with large pad area.
