Each set of BBK long tube, full length headers is CAD designed and manufactured with 1 5/8" CNC mandrel bent tubing and a 3" collector with a leak-free ball and socket (dome) style collector for unrestricted airflow and a one piece 3/8" laser cut exhaust flange for added strength and durability. All BBK headers are pressure tested to ensure trouble-free performance.

Each BBK long tube full length exhaust header system has been designed and dyno tested at the BBK headquarters in Southern California for Maximum performance. Results have shown a typical increase of 14-22 rear wheel horsepower.

BBK’s Mustang long tube exhaust headers are recommended for built engines and high performance applications. They offer BBK’s distinctive quality that guarantees many years of top performance. They are available in our standard chrome finish with optional high-temp silver polished ceramic coating.

All BBK header kits include new gaskets and hardware.

ALL NEW BBK Coyote / Fox Swap 79-04 Long Tube Exhaust Headers - Now Available!

If your latest project involves installing a NEW Ford Coyote 5.0 engine into a Fox body or SN95 Mustang then BBK has the Long Tube Exhaust Headers you will need to complete the installation. The Coyote swap Long Tube headers are mandrel bent high flow 1 3/4" tubing with 3" collectors, making them perfect for both n/a and boosted builds. Space constraints makes fitting a 1 7/8" header very difficult, especially with the need to accommodate Ford's chassis revisions over the 25 year span of the Fox chassis. These BBK Mustang long tube exhaust headers are now available Chrome and Silver Ceramic coated versions.

3" Matching Short X pipes with or with out converters are also available to connect up to the Cat back Exhaust - Because they are 3 inch you will need a new 3" Catback exhaust system or modify the stock Catback to fit.
