Z Automotive SGW Module SGW Bypass module (2018-2021 All FCA vehicles) - Z_SGW
All 2018+ FCA (Stellantis) vehicles are built with a Security Gateway
Module (SGW) that prevents access to the vehicle from the OBD2 port by
anything other than the dealer diagnostic tools. Simply locate and unplug
the SGW module, and plug the SGW Bypass block in its place. The OBD2 port
will then have full access for use by aftermarket devices such as Z
Automotive's Tazer or BurnBox, tuning tools, and code readers. These
modules are required for use in 2018 and up Grand Cherokees and Durangos.
