These are a direct bolt-on replacement that minimize wheel hop, improve cornering, lowers ET's and greatly helps your track consistency. The chrome-moly heat treated spherical rod end allows your rear suspen- sion to be bind free which makes these a great upgrade for both your track and auto cross driven car. We designed these to have the polyurethane bushings bolted to the cars chassis for a quiet comfortable operation. J&M Producs control arms are constructed form U.S. made DOM mild steel tubing 1.250” OD x .120” wall, high strength steel threaded tube adaptors, completely CNC machined and fully pulse welded for outstanding strength. J&M control arms feature Energy Suspension® polyurethane bushings, zinc plated steel sleeves and “on-car” grease able grease fittings. Adjustments are easily made with the high quality Chrome-Moly Kevlar/ Teflon lined spherical rod ends for a quiet bind free performance.

Product Features:J&M Products introduces its new Lower Control Arm (LCA) Relocation Brackets for the 2005-20014 Mustang including the Mustang GT500. These new relocation brackets part 23885 are CNC laser cut from 3/16” billet plate, cold rolled steel, pulse welded and incorporates advanced design features that assures a precise fit and maximum strength, with no welding or other modifications needed. Brackets are designed to increase bracket rigidity and eliminate the occurrences of stress cracking from bracket deflection caused by constant hard braking, cornering and acceleration.
LCA relocation brackets are a must for lowered vehicles, they are available with 2”, 2-3/4” or 3-1/2″ mounting hole locations for stock or lowered vehicles. Several available adjustments are incorporated in the design of the brackets that are utilized to properly locate upper and lower control arms for optimized suspension geometry to re-establish the instant center after lowering the body over the rear differential housing.

Unlike our competitors who charge more and use low quality commercial grade 2 piece rod ends we use a Very High Precision PTFE Lined Spherical rod end that uses a very high strength heat treated alloy steel race with a PTFE liner for extra strength and life. The precision rod ends used gives precise axle control, eliminating the compliance that leads to wheel hop, while still allowing the rear suspension to articulate freely. J&M is also the first to incorporate offset bushings to make sure the correct suspension geometry is in place to guarantee correct bind free articulation. Our lightweight control arms weigh less than 2.5 pounds which make them almost 9 pounds lighter than the factory control arms.
