Replace the factory rubber shifter bushing in the OEM bracket with this poly urethane bushing from Energy Suspension. The stock rubber bushing is very soft gives the stock shifter a sloppy feel and can also hinder shifting performance and accuracy. The Energy Suspension bushing is made from high durometer urethane to give the shifter a more precise feel and improve accuracy.

NOTE: You MUST reuse the OEM rear shifter mount shell.
