Metco 1999-2004 Lightning Fuel Rails
The Metco Motorsports fuel rails for the Lightning & Harley Davidson F150 are precision machined from billet aluminum, not commonly available extruded rail stock like other fuel rail kits.
Because our rails are CNC-machined from billet, we were able to design them with the largest internal diameter available for this application at 11/16".
The rails are clear-anodized for long lasting surface protection, and precision-bent stainless steel mounting brackets with stainless fasteners are included to attach the rails to the OEM mounting points. A 1/8" NPT port is located at the front top side of each rail to serve as either an attachment point for a fuel pressure gauge or a fuel source for a nitrous system. Two brass plugs are included to seal any unused port.
As shipped, the Metco Motorsports fuel rail kit requires the user to supply the necessary fittings and adapters to mate the rails with the vehicle's fuel system. These additional items may be available separately - please call for details on pricing and availability.

Each Billet Fuel Rail System is comprised of:
• High Flow, CNC-machined, Billet Fuel Rails with custom, steel mounting brackets.
• Billet Adjustable Regulator or Fuel Pressure Sensor Adapter.
• All necessary ORB-Port fittings with O-rings, and Billet Aluminum, AN-hose ends.
• Stainless Steel braided fuel lines.
• Custom OEM fuel supply and return line adapter fittings, as required.
