Easy, bolt in installation and the added performance of an AFCO Aluminum heat exchanger are now available for the 99-04 Ford Lightning F-150.

AFCO's Aluminum Radiators have long been known in the racing industry for quality and value. Now the same winning performance is available as an easy bolt in heat exchanger for 99-04 Ford Lightning F-150. The model 80245N is specifically designed to be a bolt in heat exchanger for 99-04 Ford Lightning F-150. No modifications to the truck are necessary for this simple and easy bolt in installation. We include all the necessary mounting hardware to install the larger then stock heat exchanger in the factory location.

Testing has shown the AFCO heat exchanger to reduce the operating temperatures of the supercharger by maintaining a lower constant temperature in the system and faster cool down after a hard run. This will prevent a loss of horsepower from supercharger heat retention. This allows more consistent e.t.'s on the strip and not giving anything up on the street.

The all new Pro Series dual fan Heat Exchanger is the ultimate set up for your Supercharged Ford Lightning in drag race trim. By increasing air flow with the fans you get a lower and more stable coolant temp to the intercooler. When the temperature reaches a certain level the fans kick on and bring the temperature down to 160 degrees and then they kick off. This becomes extremely critical in achieving maximum performance and consistency for drag racing applications or serious street racing. The dual fan assemblies generate over 800 CFM of airflow (over stock fan set-up) across the core for consistent HP, TQ, and E.T.s.
