The Metco 2020 Shelby GT500 supercharger hub and pulley ring kit is used to increase boost. By going with a smaller diameter pulley it spins the factory eaton TVS 2.65l supercharger to a higher rpm creating more airflow and more boost. The direct result of this is more horsepower and more torque. The Metco hub and pulley kit is also designed to allow you to be able to change pulley ring sizes easily giving you the option to run different size pulleys to reach your desired boost level. The factory supercharger pulley on the 2020 Shelby GT500 is a 3.085" which produces 12psi of boost. Going down to a 2.85" pulley is a 2psi increase where a 2.65" pulley is worth 4 additional pounds of boost. The smallest pulley Metco offers is a 2.40" which is 6psi more boost than stock.

The Metco pulley removal install tool which is included is required to properly remove the factory pulley as well as successfully install the aftermarket one from Metco.
