  1. Metco Motorsports Shelby GT500 Supercharger 3.00" Pulley Ring

    These pulley rings are designed for use with Metco Motorsports two-piece supercharger pulleys.  If you already have a Metco supercharger pulley on your GT500, one of these rings is all that is needed to change the boost level on your vehicle.  These pulley rings will bolt to your existing pulley hub using the same (5) fasteners, and no special tools are required for the change.

    Our pulley rings are precision-machined from billet aluminum and then black anodized for long lasting surface protection. 

    Listed below are approximate boost gains that can be expected when installing these pulleys on a Shelby GT500:

    MSPR3.00: Stock diameter, no change  MSPR2.80:  +2-3 lbs  MSPR2.60:  +3-4.5 lbs

    These spacers are those originally included with the Metco Motorsports Auxiliary Idler Kit for the 1999-2004 Lightning and supercharged Harley Davidson truck. These two spacers mount behind the billet bracket to provide secure mounting and perfect alignment for the idler pulley to the supercharger pulley.

    These spacers are CNC-machined from high-grade steel and then zinc plated for corrosion protection. There are two spacers originally included in the MLI-90/MLI-100 idler kit, one long and one short. The M8 x 25mm hex bolt needed to mount the bracket is also included, but not shown.

    This convenient billet adapter mounts directly to the factory (or aftermarket equivalent) fuel rail, sandwiched between the rail and the OEM fuel pressure sensor. The fuel block seals with OEM-style O-rings, so no gaskets or sealants are required. The installation is a quick and simple affair.

    The block has one 1/8" NPT port on each side, providing a convenient tap for a fuel pressure gauge, a tap for a nitrous system, or both. A stainless steel pipe plug (not shown) is included to plug one port if the port is unused.

    The kit includes the black-anodized (not shown) CNC-machined fuel block, O-rings, one stainless steel 1/8" pipe plug, and stainless steel mounting hardware (also not shown).

    This breather installs as a direct replacement for the OEM oil fill cap, and absolutely no modifications are required. The precision-machined helix in the bottom of the billet stand fits tightly into the fill tube, and the seal is maintained by the included o-ring.

    In supercharged applications, combustion pressures invariably find their way into the crank case, and this pressure contributes to pumping losses, elevated oil temps, and premature failure of engine seals. The breather serves as a high-flow vent to allow any pressure that builds to easily vent into the atmosphere.

    This breather is fitted with our proprietary APV one-way check valve, so while internal pressures can pass through, outside air cannot be drawn through the breather and into the inlet tract of the engine. Your engine tune will not be affected by the installation of this breather.

    Like all Metco breathers, this unit is CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum, and micro-finished on the exterior surface. The filter is a high-quality reusable unit manufactured in the USA by S & B filters.

    Total installed height is less than 3". This breather may not be legal in all states.

    Note regarding the finish option: The breather base is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, and then it is vibratory polished. At no extra cost, this breather stand can be ordered in a black-anodized finish. The breather element included with this kit is the same regardless of the breather base ordered: a high-performance gauze filter with a chrome steel top. Image 4 above shows this breather with the base anodized in black.

    Installation Note: This breather is machined to specific dimensions to provide an air tight and leak free seal at the oil fill. We strongly suggest lubricating the O-ring on the breather base with WD-40 or a similar lubricant prior to installation. Learn More

    This tool is designed to facilitate the removal of the original supercharger pulley on the Hellcat. Once the supercharger snout is off the car and on the bench, this tool slides into the hex opening at the front of the original supercharger pulley (behind the plastic cap). You may then use a 15/16" socket or breaker bar to unscrew the original pulley from the shaft.

    This heavy-duty tool is CNC-machined from heavy-duty steel, and is sized precisely to fit tightly in the pulley.

    This tool is designed to facilitate the removal of the original supercharger pulley on the Hellcat. Once the supercharger snout is off the car and on the bench, this tool slides over the pins at the rear of the snout to hold the supercharger shaft stationary while the pulley is unscrewed at the front. The benefit of this tool is that it spreads the load over all eight pins, which is far better than using a pry bar against two pins. This tool greatly reduces the possibility of any breakage during the pulley removal process.

    This heavy-duty tool is laser cut from 1/4" steel, and precisely machined to match the pin pattern and pin diameter. The hole in the center of the pin holes is designed to allow a 15mm socket to pass through to hold the shaft bolt if needed, and the slot at the handle-end will allow you to thread a snout fastener to positively lock the tool in place while the original supercharger pulley is un-screwed.

    This tool is usually used in conjunction with our HPT1000 Hex Insert, listed elsewhere in this section.

    An Original Metco Motorsports Product!

    This adapter replaces the original oil fill cap on the driver's side of the engine. It is CNC-machined from billet aluminum for precise fit, and the included silicone O-ring is specially designed to prevent oil seepage at the base of the adapter.

    The top of the adapter is machined to accept a #10AN hose end to facilitate the installation of a custom crank case evacuation system, PCV system, or for use with a vacuum pump. This adapter can be used in conjunction with our MBR0020-10AN adapter, which replaces the PCV valve on the opposite side of the engine.

    Total adapter length is about 2". 10AN hose end (shown in images above) not included.

    Note: This adapter will fit all late model Mopar applications using the twist-in style oil fill cap. It will not fit models like the earlier 5.7L and 6.1L Hemis that use the screw-in oil cap. Please see PN MBR0012-10AN for this application, which is listed elsewhere in this section.
