These filters are dry filters that do not require any oiling. The Agency Power Cold Air Intake was validated on a 2018 4Runner by dyno testing and gained 12 horsepower and 15 ft/lb of torque to the wheels.  With a great increase in horsepower and a more exciting engine sound, the Agency Power cold air intake is the perfect upgrade for your Toyota V6!
