The dual overhead cam (DOHC) 2013 GT500 engine with variable camshaft timing pumped out 662 horsepower, making it the most powerful production vehicle in the world when it launched. It has since been passed by the 5.2L "Predator" in the 2020-plus GT500, which makes 760 hp, but that takes nothing away from what SVT accomplished with the Trinity.
