Warranty Policies

Whether you're ripping through the quarter mile or just unboxing your latest upgrade, stuff happens. Here’s everything you need to know about what we’ll do when it does.

Damaged Shipments

We pack every order like it's our own build, but carriers aren’t always as gentle.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Take pictures of damaged product as well as packaging (even if packaging is not damaged)
  • Hold onto the original packaging and packing materials.
  • A FedEx or UPS rep may schedule a time to inspect and pick up the package.

Please note, issues are handled on a case by case basis and the process may differ depending on the manufacturer, shipping company, etc. We will do our best to make sure you receive the best care possible.

If tracking says “Delivered” but the porch is empty:

  • Contact us within a max of 15 business days to file a trace with the shipping company.

Route Shipping Insurance

We offer Route Shipping Protection at checkout. Lost, stolen, or damaged packages? Covered. Easy.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If a package is returned because of:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failure to pick it up
  • Refused delivery

Returned shipments can take up to 3 weeks to process. We may charge a restocking fee.

Returning a Product

Standard Return Policy:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be brand new, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  • Must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • Returns processed within 10 business days after we receive them.

Note: Special order items and electronics are non-returnable. LethalPerformance.com reserves the right to refuse any package returned to us without authorization.

Defective Products

Within 30 days:

Email support@lethalperformance.com to initiate warranty/return processing.

After 30 days, but within manufacturer warranty:

  • Contact the manufacturer directly.
  • We can help facilitate, but they make the final decision.

Important: We are not responsible for labor costs related to incorrect or defective parts.

Extended Warranty Coverage with Extend

We offer Extend Protection Plans on most products. Extend coverage beyond the manufacturer warranty for extra peace of mind.

Q: What happens if I send something back without an RMA?
A: We may refuse the package. Always get authorization first.

Q: Can I return something I installed?
A: No. Installed = used = not returnable.

Q: Do I pay return shipping?
A: Unless we messed up, yes—you’re responsible for return shipping.

Q: What if the product is discontinued or the manufacturer disappears?
A: We’ll try to help, but warranty options may be limited in that case.
