Wagner Tuning Comp. Package BMW M3-M4 S55 Intercooler / Charge Pipe / Radiator - 700001124.PIPE
The competition package for the BMW M3-M4 consists the Intercooler Upgrade Kit, the Radiator Upgrade Kit and the Downpipe. It´s suitable for the following vehicles.
BMW M3 F80 S55 Motor 317-331KW/431-450PS (2014-2018)
BMW M4 F82 S55 Motor 317-368KW/431-500PS (2014-2018)
BMW M4 F83 S55 Motor 317-331KW/431-450PS (2014-2018)
except OPF modelsthe intercooler upgrade kit 200001124The WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler has got a new competition core (Tube Fin) with the external core dimensions 287 mm x 185 mm x 115 mm / 11,3Inch x 7,3Inch x 4,5Inch. This intercooler core was directly developed for the high requirements of the BMW M3/M4 and offers 114 % more external core volume compared to the stock intercooler. The calculated ratio between the inner and outer cooling surface generates a maximum heat transfer and at the same time the best possible internal air flow. The aluminum cast endtanks were designed in CAD and optimized in CFD simulations. The result is an excellent cooling property with a minimal back pressure. That`s why this kit is also perfect for racing use. An optimal cooling effect of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!
All WAGNERTUNING radiators are equipped with a heat-conductive anti corrosion coating to ensure a lasting cooling effect. The plug & play installation of the system is simple and easy to perform (an installation instruction is included as well).
Advantages of this product:
- significantly better cooling performance
- less pressure drop
- more power and torque for your engine
- mechanical discharge of the turbocharger
- 100% pressure resistance
- 100% Plug and Play
- up to 4 years warranty
the radiator upgrade kit 400001003The 3.0 Liter S55B30 turbo engine for BMW M3/M4 models is equipped with an indirect charge-air cooling circuit. So the cooling of the charged air is not realized by the ambient air as cooling medium (as usual), but made with its own cooling water circuit. A reduction of the temperature of the cooling water is directly equated with an improved cooling performance of the charged air. This is exactly where the advantages of the WAGNERTUNING upgrade water cooler comes into play.
The new developed competition racing cores of the WAGNERTUNING high performance water coolers increase the radiator volume of the OEM water coolers by 89% for front mounted and 94% for side mounted. The calculated ratio between the inner and outer cooling surface generates a maximum heat transfer and allows at the same time enough air flow for the surrounding components (for example the engine water cooler) for its own heat exchange. The water coolers are equipped with a heat-conductive anti corrosion coating to ensure a lasting cooling effect. The plug & play installation of the system is simple and easy to perform (an installation instruction is included as well).
Kit comes with:
1x front mounted radiator (low-temperature circuit)
1x side mounted radiator (low-temperature circuit)
1x carbon air shroud for side mounted radiator
1x mounting material
1x installation instruction
the charge pipe kit 210001124 Ø57mm (2,25 Inch) Charge Pipe Kit for BMW F87 M2 Competition / F80 M3 / F82 F83 M4 with S55 Engine
Important product features:
- compared to the OEM Charge Pipes, the WAGNER system has a larger flow diameter and no innumerable internal cross-sectional changes, as can be found in the OEM product
- this results in 40% less back pressure, which relieves the turbocharger and at the same time ensures better response behavior (see Flow Bench graphic below)
- our WAGNER Charge Pipes are made entirely of aluminum and, unlike the OEM product, do not burst under load (high pressure and / or due to age)
- the special structure powder coating serves not only to protect against corrosion, but also for OEM optics
Kit comes with:
2 aluminum charge pipe (powder coated black)
2 silicone adapter (black)
4 hose clamps stainless steel
1 mounting material
Fitment - BMW M3 F80 M3 Limousine (Competition), BMW M4 F82 / F83 BMW M4 Cabrio (Competition), BMW M4 F82 / F83 BMW M4 Coupé (Competition), BMW M4 F82 / F83 BMW M4 GTS
