Must be used with Viking, Afco, QA1, or Strange shocks with an eyelet-style top, which allows the shock to pivot. This style of shock is required because the brackets will push the shock away from the rear by approximately 1". These will NOT fit Strange, Lakewood, Competition Engineering, Tokico, or any other stock-style replacement shocks.
Does not work with UPR Maximum Rear Coil Over kits. Works with eyelet-style coil-over shocks such as the UPR / Viking Adjustable Coil Over Kit 2006-07 or 2006-08. Does not work with factory replacement stud-top shocks. Even when using eyelet-style coil-over shocks, if the upper mount uses the 79-04 Mustang mount location, the angle of the shock may limit the range of adjustability.

Made for 79-04 Mustang 8.8 axles and fits Viking Coil Over style shocks. Perfect way to extend your rear shocks' travel range if your shock is bottomed out. This kit is a great upgrade for UPR Coil over bracket kit 2006-11, or UPR / Viking coil over shock kit 2006-07, 2006-08 or 2006-11.
