Teflon lined rod end prevent metal to metal contact to reduce unwanted noise allowing for a quiet operation not found with other brand rod ends. These extended length upper control arms are designed to work with extended length lower control arms. NOTE: In some cases, depending on ride height variation, it may be necessary to install a longer driveshaft when using extended length control arms.
UMI Performance bump steer kits relocate the outer tie rod pivot point which results in decreased toe change during wheel travel. Standard kits include sleeves, rod ends, jam nuts and high quality, direct fit tapered studs. Race kits require drilling of the spindle and include heavy duty 5/8 bolts. Race kits are recommended for autocross and road race applications while standard kits are indicated for street/strip use.
