UMI’s rear upper control arms are a direct factory bolt in replacements designed to add strength and traction improvements. UMI’s Rear control arms feature durable powder coat, laser cut mounting points and are assembled with greaseable polyurethane bushings. Installation takes about one hour and is bolt in. UMI Performance bump steer kits relocate the outer tie rod pivot point which results in decreased toe change during wheel travel. Standard kits include sleeves, rod ends, jam nuts and high quality, direct fit tapered studs. Race kits require drilling of the spindle and include heavy duty 5/8 bolts. Race kits are recommended for autocross and road race applications while standard kits are indicated for street/strip use.
