UMI Performance 1965-1987 GM Polyurethane Rear End Housing Replacement Bushings - 3000-R
UMI’s high durometer polyurethane bushings replace the factory rubber rear end housing bushings. After many years of weather and abuse the factory rubber bushings tend to dry rot, crack and harden which can lead to decreased ride quality and performance. The UMI polyurethane bushings replace the two upper control arm rear end differential bushings – the bushings that stay attached to the rear end “ears”. New rear end housing bushings are an excellent upgrade for your street driven or track used vehicle. Kit includes two bushings and two washers, the included polyurethane washers prevent the bushings from walking side to side. Made in the USA.
UMI Performance bump steer kits relocate the outer tie rod pivot point which results in decreased toe change during wheel travel. Standard kits include sleeves, rod ends, jam nuts and high quality, direct fit tapered studs. Race kits require drilling of the spindle and include heavy duty 5/8 bolts. Race kits are recommended for autocross and road race applications while standard kits are indicated for street/strip use.
