UMI Performance 1959-1964 Chevrolet B-Body Rear Suspension Kit, 4-Link Vehicles - 365002-R
Whether you're classic Chevrolet B-Body is a restoration project, street car, cruiser or even a drag racer the UMI Performance control arm kit is an excellent upgrade. This complete rear suspension kit is a direct bolt-on designed to replace the stock stamped control arms and panhard bar. Over time stock suspension components rust, weakening them, the OEM bushings dry rot, harden and crack decreasing your ride quality and harming vehicle performance. UMI P/N 365002 includes new boxed lower control arms, (2) rear upper control arms, (2) upper control arm mounting brackets, new panhard bar and Grade 8 mounting hardware to mount all the new items. All items are assembled with greaseable polyurethane bushings and are direct factory replacements.
UMI Performance bump steer kits relocate the outer tie rod pivot point which results in decreased toe change during wheel travel. Standard kits include sleeves, rod ends, jam nuts and high quality, direct fit tapered studs. Race kits require drilling of the spindle and include heavy duty 5/8 bolts. Race kits are recommended for autocross and road race applications while standard kits are indicated for street/strip use.
