OUR 90 DEGREE BEND
We added a bend into our 5052 Aluminum side panels to drastically increase durability and strength. This helps us achieve the highest rated rack for its low profile. This bend also offers full 360 degree mounting area on the rack, you are now not limited to where your TSLOTS are mounted.
OUR WIND DEFLECTOR ANGLE
We engineer the angle of the deflector to match the angles of your Bronco for minimal wind noise and a perfect look, almost like it should have come from factory with the TrailRax Modular Roof Rack.
OUR INTEGRATED PAK RAX OPTION
Our Pak Rax option is a patented specialty of ours that we designed to be an additional storage solution. In this case with the Bronco, It actually allows for a higher load capacity than factory ratings. The Pak Rax offers more stability and weight load capability because it distributes weight to the body of the Bronco putting less stress on the MIC Hardtop.
The TrailRax Modular Roof Rack for the Ford Bronco Sport offers a bolt-on design that easily adds an attractive and highly modular rack with plenty of features. Its durable design and very secure mounting allows for a wide variety of accessories and configurations, making this the perfect roof rack for customizing your Bronco Sport.
We added a wind deflector to the roof rack to eliminate wind-noise. We also worked with our friends at Heretic Studio to work on a cut-out to flush fit an offroad light onto the wind deflector. This combination of our roof rack and Heretic's 40" light will allow the light to sit below the top face of the aluminum TSLOT so that the rack is completely level for those larger items on the rack.
Our Aluminum extrusions/TSLOTS that come with the rack are anodized black and cut to length with absolute precision. The extrusions are made locally here in Utah and have a high-stress rating as well as deflection rating giving the user the best load capacity possible.
The mounting system uses a clamping system that clamps onto the OEM Ford roof rails that offers an easy bolt-on design. This mount makes install easy and usable for our Bronco Sport customers. The rack will not require you to drill or drop your headliner.
Brand's and Products recommend using with our TRMR Rack:

This gives us and them the ability to work with their products within the design to make sure everything fits properly and works together in harmony. If you are looking to accessorize your TRMR Rack, look no further than these brands.

Ford rates the Bronco Sport factory roof rack at "On the move, the Bronco™ Sport roof-rack structure can handle up to a 150-lb. dynamic load and a 600-lb. static load with the standard steel roof." All these weights will be at your discretion as they are above Ford's "recommended" capacities. We build our rack to be capable on its own of withstanding 250 lbs static, and 700 lbs dynamic. GVWR and other factors such as roof materials, the center of gravity, and wind dynamics all apply to any load you put on top of a vehicle, and you, as the user, are responsible for the safe loading and operation of your vehicle.
