About Our Billet Slave Cylinder Design
Our new Hydraulic Release Bearings (Slave Cylinders) are the result of years of expertise in clutch hydraulics. These components are not just another item on the market; they are designed to be the BEST, eliminating the shortcomings of both current aftermarket offerings and the OE cylinder. The all billet design eliminates flimsy plastic components from your clutch hydraulic system while the hard anodizing provides the ultimate in corrosion protection. All of our release bearings include HD seals and dust wiper. These seals will work with any brake fluid currently on the market! These release bearings were designed to withstand the punishment of the most extreme racing environments as well as the task of daily driving! These release bearings were also designed with convenience in mind. They will install as close to OEM as possible. Meaning line lengths, connections, mounting location, etc... They are also intended to be shimmed the same way as the OE release bearings. Slave cylinder install tolerance must be between .125"-.150"
This slave also utilizes our Patent Pending tension system to ensure constant contact between the pressure plate levers and the release bearing. This guarantees that there will never be an "air gap" between the bearing and levers. For more info on why this is important, see our tech videos!
Benefits:
Dual Step Support: Adds rigidity and stability under load.
Increased Surface Area: Provides more stability than other aftermarket designs.
Dust Wiper: Prevents contaminants from entering the hydraulic system.
Tension Spring: Maintains contact between the release bearing and pressure plate fingers for consistent clutch disengagement and prolonged transmission life.
Simple Shim Measuring: Includes a "lock out key" for easy and precise measurements.
Corrosion Resistance: Hard anodized for durability and reduced surface wear.
Compatibility: Fits up to 1.250” diameter 29 spline input shaft and requires a minimum .750” bore master with 1.1” stroke.
