This system is 100% complete, including fuel injectors, Diablo handheld programmer and tuning for stock vehicles or those with a catback only, just bolt on and drive, BUT customers with 2015+ trucks will have to address unlocking their PCMs. This is a fairly simple process but does involve purchasing a modified PCM from Diablo for unlocking, $249-$649 as an option on this item.
