The world's first lensless LED headlight - a completely re-engineered lighting platform for the 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma. No outer lens means no fogging, no yellowing, no oxidation, no condensation. Modular sealed emitters, ballistics-grade optics, active thermal management, seamless DRL, and a 5-year replacement warranty on every component.
This version includes the ceramic coating kit.
- Multiple-patent-pending lensless architecture - eliminates the traditional outer polycarbonate lens entirely
- No lens failures - removes fogging, yellowing, oxidation, cracking, and condensation from the equation
- Modular LED emitters - individually serviceable low beam, high beam, and DRL modules; replaceable without full headlight removal
- 1" thick ballistics-grade PMMA optics - extreme impact resistance, excellent optical clarity, UV stable
- Active & passive thermal management - aluminum housing maintains optimal LED operating temps; heated surfaces reduce snow/ice accumulation
- High-strength die-cast aluminum alloy housing - engineered for thermal efficiency, structural rigidity, and long-term corrosion resistance
- Automotive-grade thermoset powder-coat finish - superior UV resistance and environmental protection
- Heavy-duty reinforced mounting brackets - modular replaceable bracket design for improved durability during shipping, install, and off-road use
- IP68 waterproof assembly - pressure washer, rain, and snow safe; engineered for vibration, dirt, debris, and harsh weather
