*Early production Nos. 22640 and 22641 pumps utilized 10/32” set screws as well as a different shaft and rotor
this was revised after some time to a dog-point set
screw, thus changing the design of the rotor and shaft as well. If you have an older “original design” pump and need to replace the shaft and/or rotor, the current
style can be used
however all mating parts (dog point screws/shaft/rotor) will be required. These are available in kit form
No. 97178 (3 vane for No. 22640) and
No. 97179 (4 vane for No. 22641). We recommend inspecting your pump prior to ordering to ensure the correct parts.
