Running aftermarket wheels and bigger tires on a lifted Ram 1500 means dealing with clearance the factory never planned for - wide meats rubbing calipers, backspacing that doesn’t work with a lift, and a stance that sits tucked instead of flush. Mishimoto Wheel Spacers add the outward offset that puts the wheel where the build needs it, without the failure modes that cheap cast spacers bring to a full-size truck platform.--Forged 6061-T6 aluminum construction resists the impact, side-loading, and flex cycling that crack cast spacers under off-road and daily truck use. A hub-centric 77.8mm centering bore mates to the factory hub so wheel load transfers through the hub instead of riding on the studs - the same way the factory designed it, eliminating the vibration and wheel walk that lug-centric spacers introduce. Grade-12.9 steel studs and lug nuts in 1/2-20 thread exceed OEM stud strength, adding clearance without trading away clamping force. A durable anodized finish seals against the salt, mud, and moisture that pit and seize unsealed aluminum after seasons of truck use.--Sized for the factory 5x139.7 bolt pattern, 77.8mm hub bore, and 1/2-20 thread, the spacers bolt on to the 1994-2001 Dodge Ram 1500 with no cutting, hub modification, or adapter work. Backed by the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.
Installation Instructions
- Hub-centric, not lug-centric - 77.8mm centering bore mates to the factory hub so wheel load transfers through the hub instead of riding on the studs, eliminating the vibration and wheel walk lug-centric spacers introduce on full-size trucks
- Push wheels out for stance and clearance - adds outward offset so aftermarket wheels and wider tires clear the Ram’s brake calipers and suspension components without contact under full droop or bump.
- Forged 6061-T6 aluminum holds up to truck abuse - forged construction resists the impact, side-loading, and flex cycling that crack cast spacers under off-road and heavy-use truck conditions.
