Level 1 2024+ Mustang GT Return Style Fuel System (Whipple Supercharger / Roush / VMP Configuration)

The Level 1 Return Style Fuel System for Whipple, Roush and VMP-equipped 2024+ Mustangs is built for clean fitment and high performance. Designed to integrate directly with your supercharger kit’s fuel rails, this system is a streamlined and reliable way to support boosted power on gasoline, race fuel, or E85.

This setup uses a single Aeromotive regulator mounted on the return side. Fuel from the DivisionX triple pump hat is split via a Y-block and feeds both the factory direct injection pump and port rails (supplied with your blower kit). The regulator controls fuel pressure after the rails and returns unused fuel to the tank—simple, effective, and boost-ready.

Note: This version is designed to work specifically with Whipple, Lethal Edition Whipple, Roush and VMP supercharger systems. For stock intake, turbo, or centrifugal blower setups, use this version instead .

• DivisionX Triple Pump Fuel Hat: Drop-in replacement that supports 2 or 3 pumps and retains the OEM fuel level sender.
• Uses Supercharger-Supplied Fuel Rails: Designed to work seamlessly with the fuel rails included in your supercharger kit—no aftermarket rails required.
• Single Aeromotive Regulator: Simplified return system design, mounted post-rail for effective fuel pressure control.
• Pre-Assembled Fragola PTFE Fuel Lines: Ethanol-safe, smell-proof, and abrasion-resistant with black protective coating.
• Lethal Performance Triple Pump Wiring Harness: Includes 3 fused 40A relays, quality wiring, and a fused battery lead for reliable operation.

While the system includes our standard triple pump wiring harness, upgrading to The Box gives you full control over when each pump activates—perfect for high-boost and triple pump builds.

The Box enables:

• Independent pump control based on RPM, boost, load, or external inputs
• Staggered activation to reduce electrical load during cruising
• Full compatibility with standalone ECUs and programmable fuel control strategies

Not required, but highly recommended if you're pushing 900+ WHP or running all three pumps full-time.
