We are excited to bring you the all new Series 2 Intake system for the 05-2009 Mustang 4.0L V6.
Though our original JLT Intake has been a huge success and on more cars than we ever imagined, we have pushed the envelope and did a complete redesign from top to bottom and now have the JLT Series 2 CAI.
NEW TUBE DESIGN
The new JLT tube is 3 1/2" ID, roto molded plastic to resist engine heat and keep the intake air charge nice and cool. NO METAL TUBING HERE!!
With no separate MAF housing or couplers air flow is fast and smooth.
MOLDED IN MAF
All Series 2 tubes have a 84mm MAF molded right in the tube. The largest on the market.
GAINS
We have seen gains of 10-15 RWHP with the 93 octane tune.
TUNING
A custom tune is REQUIRED for this kit.
FINISH OPTIONS
Standard finish is an OEM looking black textured plastic and available in your cars exact body color.
All painted tubes go through an in-depth process to remove all the texture, then we use only the best quality materials to give each tube a smooth gloss finish.
EASY INSTALL
The new design, detailed instructions and online video instructions helps make this an easy install.
