Icon 21-23 Bronco Rear 2.5 Vs Rr Cdxs Coilover Kit - 48710X
ICON Vehicle Dynamics V.S. 2.5 Series remote reservoir rear coilover shocks with CDCV are an incredible upgrade for the rear end of the 2021-2023 Ford Bronco. These adjustable coilovers allow up to 2-3” of rear lift height adjustability on 4-door Broncos without the Sasquatch package or 1.25-2.25” of rear lift over stock 4-door Sasquatch equipped Broncos allowing the use of larger more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. ICON’s Vehicle-specific shock length and valving along with the larger 2.5” shock body and increased piston area over stock components yield the maximum travel possible along with superior ride quality and suspension performance both on- and off-road. Reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use which can lead to damper fade. ICON's exclusive Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) valves are included for precisely dialing in your suspension performance. CDXS controls fluid flow under compression with independent adjustability of high speed and low speed compression force. 10 discreet detented settings for both low and high-speed adjustment knobs allow separate adjustments for handling response and overall aggressiveness. These rear coilovers are mounted in a shaft up orientation and feature unique ICON engineered progressive triple rate coil springs allowing for softer spring rate at ride height that ramps up as the coil compresses for improved bottom out resistance. This shaft up orientation also requires the reservoir hose to be routed along the rear lower links so ICON offers hose bracket options for the OE or ICON tubular links while ICON billet links incorporate this bracketry into their design. When paired with ICON 2.5 Series front coilovers vehicle control will be balanced front to rear resulting in the best overall driving experience for your Ford Bronco.

The CDXS Compression Damping Dual Speed Adjustability System represents the next evolution in vehicle suspension
delivering unmatched performance and customization for our most popular platforms. With the CDXS system from ICON Vehicle Dynamics
we've taken the low-speed knob found in our proven CDCV system and refined it with finer adjustment increments in the low-speed range of the shock. We then added a high-speed knob to adjust the upper limit of force the shock can generate
allowing drivers to fully tune the shock's compression damping performance over a wide range of driving scenarios. High and low-speed settings are clearly marked on easy-to-grip knobs
making adjustments simple and intuitive. If the knobs are not visible in their mounted position
settings can be adjusted by counting clicks—turning the knob fully counterclockwise to the stop
then count up to the desired setting. Each knob offers 360° operating range with 10 detents and hard stops at both ends.
