The Hellion "Next Generation" Street Sleeper Twin Turbo System is a full redesign for the 2021+ F-150 5.0L Coyote, built on the record-setting Street Sleeper platform. Rated for 600 to 2,000 rwhp depending on turbo and supporting mod choices, and 100% bolt-on with no cutting.
- Standard Hellion 62/62 V-Band turbos make well over 1,000 rwhp; 62/62R and 64/66R upgrades go higher
- Turbos mount next to the engine, mimicking the factory EcoBoost placement
- High-flow 5" intercooler (7" upgrade available)
- Dual Turbosmart Comp Gate 40 wastegates and Raceport blow-off valve
- Stainless American-made tubing with V-band connections (lifetime warranty)
- Built-in electric cutout and exhaust connection to the cat-back, no open downpipes to weld
- Air inlets route to the factory airbox, or filters can sit directly on the turbos
- No A/C line, battery relocation or brake system modifications required
- 4-into-1 headers are optional and recommended above 1,000 rwhp
Tuning is not included. Optional extras (top mount intake pipes to airbox, 7" intercooler upgrade, Turbosmart eBoost3 boost controller) are available on request.
