Direct bolt-on replacement
+16HP amd +5TQ with ONLY the intercooler upgrade (graph below) - this is compounded when combined with a tune
High-flow cast end tanks ensure significantly better airflow efficiency than welded aluminum
Over double the size of the stock core
TIG-welded bar-and-plate construction
CVF Lifetime Warranty
LESS HEAT, MORE POWER
Developed with Engineered Motorsports Solutions (EMS), the CVF Race Intercooler for 2024-2025 Ford Mustang EcoBoost is a direct fit replacement featuring a core size of 24" x 16.5" x 3.75" - significantly larger than stock. As the charts above indicate, during a dyno run with ONLY the intercooler modified the Race Intercooler saw a in crease of 16HP and 5TQ. This effect is compounded even further with an effective aftermarket tune.
EXCEPTIONAL CONSTRUCTION FOR MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY
Manufactured from top-grade aluminum, the CVF Race Intercooler features a TIG-welded bar-and-plate core design for maximum durability and computer-modeled, fully cast end tanks to ensure better airflow efficiency than the competition's welded aluminum end tanks. Additionally, the computer-aided design optimizes the flow of air, minimizing pressure loss.
