BPS Front Engine Plates create a strong, rigid connection between the engine and chassis, stabilizing the engine under load so power gets to the ground instead of being absorbed by movement. Factory engine brackets flex under load, and that flex shows up as drivetrain stress and lost power at the wheels.
CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and black anodized for corrosion resistance, these plates use a pocketed design to cut weight without giving up rigidity. A passenger side high mount option is also available for engine bays that need extra clearance, built to clear the factory AC compressor and aftermarket dry sump pump installations, and offers the BPS Coyote TDC Adjustable Timing Pointer as an option. Both mount styles are available with or without a provision for mounting an alternator.
