+70rwhp, in Two Steps
Stock, the 2.7L EcoBoost is no slouch, but it leaves real power on the table. The dyno tells the story in three lines. Baseline: 253 rwhp and 318 rwtq. Add just the Whipple Tomahawk calibration and it climbs to 312 rwhp and 400 rwtq. Then the full Whipple Stage 1 kit, the calibration plus a high-flow intercooler and air filter, brings it to 324 rwhp and 432 rwtq. That is a real gain in torque and throttle response right where a trail and overland rig actually uses it.
RPG Suspension
Off-road capability starts with the links. We ran RPG Off-Road billet upper and lower links, an adjustable Panhard bar, and a tie rod kit, paired with an Eibach Pro-Truck Stage 2 coilover system. More articulation, better control, and parts built to survive the trail.
Paint-Matched Parts
Lethal Performance paint-matched parts pull the look together. Painted Sasquatch fender flares and a color-matched Ford oval ditch the factory black plastic for a finished, intentional stance that reads custom, not catalog.
UPR Catch Can
On a turbocharged, direct-injected 2.7L, oil vapor from the PCV system cakes the intake over time. The UPR catch can and clean-side separator trap it before it gets there, keeping the intake clean and the engine consistent. Cheap insurance on a boosted motor.

The full Whipple Stage 1 kit (calibration, high-flow intercooler, and air filter) takes the 2.7L EcoBoost from a stock 253 rwhp / 318 rwtq to 324 rwhp / 432 rwtq. The calibration alone gets you to 312 / 400. Either way, a noticeable gain in torque and responsiveness, perfect for off-road and overland use.
No. This setup runs Whipple's Tomahawk calibration, a high-flow intercooler, and an upgraded replacement air filter. No blower, just reliable power on pump gas.
RPG Off-Road billet upper and lower links, their adjustable Panhard bar, RockJock's track bar relocation bracket, and an Eibach Pro-Truck Stage 2 coilover system for better articulation, control, and trail durability.
Slightly. The Eibach coilovers provide a functional lift to clear the 37-inch tires while keeping on-road manners.
A Corsa 2.75-inch cat-back single-exit system improves airflow and gives the Bronco a deeper tone that doesn't drone in the cabin.
Yes. Borne Off-Road soft shackles, a kinetic energy recovery rope, tow strap, and tree saver, plus Mountains2Metal rear molle panels, Moose Knuckle Off-Road jowl split shackles, and a hitch receiver.
