DivisionX is Lethal Performance’s go to fuel system brand, built by racers (us) for racers (you). Known for pushing the limits of late-model Mustang performance, DivisionX offers high-quality fuel system components engineered to support everything from mild bolt-on builds to full-blown 2000+ horsepower street monsters. Whether you’re rocking a stock block on E85 or a sleeved big-boost setup, DivisionX has the hardware to keep your engine fed and happy.

DivisionX was born out of the need for fuel systems that actually perform when pushed. No inflated specs, no cheap components — just high-flow, high-pressure fueling setups that work. Trusted by top tuners and used in some of the fastest street Mustangs around, DivisionX systems offer race-winning tech with daily-driver reliability.

Return-style fuel systems give you precise fuel pressure control, better cooling, and consistent delivery at high RPM and boost levels. Return-style fuel systems offer far greater fuel pressure control and reliability than OEM-style returnless systems—especially under high boost, high RPM, or when using ethanol-based fuels like E85. Instead of relying on the ECU to modulate pump output or pressure through a variable speed controller, a return-style system uses a mechanical fuel pressure regulator to maintain consistent pressure across your injectors, no matter the load.
This means your fuel delivery stays stable, predictable, and tunable, even as demand changes—something returnless systems struggle to match at higher power levels.

For some of our return-style setups, we offer the choice of two core layouts:
Deadhead (regulator-before-rail):: Sends fuel directly from the regulator to the rails and does not return back to the tank, offering a cleaner layout with fewer lines and fittings. It’s simpler, lighter, and often ideal for street cars or installs where space is tight.
Traditional (regulator-after-rail): Sends fuel through the rails before returning to the regulator and then the tank. This setup allows for uniform pressure balance across all injectors and is often favored by tuners pushing the limits of fueling precision..
With proper line sizing, staged pump activation, and reliable regulators, a return-style system becomes the backbone of any build making 600–2000+ horsepower. If you’re running boost, ethanol, or just want a future-proof system that grows with your setup, there’s no better foundation than a DivisionX Return Style Fuel System.
Boosted? Go return-style: Returnless systems can’t keep up under high load.
Deadhead vs Traditional: Use deadhead for simplicity, traditional for precision.
Running E85? Return-style setups are a must for consistent delivery.
Pressure is power: A stable regulator = a safe tune and no lean conditions.
Your fuel system is only as good as its weakest connection—ours have none. DivisionX fuel systems exclusively use PTFE-lined hose assemblies and premium fittings from Fragola Performance Systems, a trusted name in motorsports-grade fueling hardware. PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) isn’t just fancy Teflon—it’s a chemically inert, ultra-slick, and heat-resistant lining that outperforms traditional rubber or nitrile-based hoses in every metric that matters.
Here’s what makes PTFE a no-brainer in a modern fuel system:
Ethanol-safe — handles E85, methanol, and corrosive race fuels without degrading
High temperature resistance — won’t soften, expand, or collapse under heat
No pressure “ballooning” — maintains consistent internal diameter for reliable pressure
No fuel smell — PTFE-lined hoses don’t allow vapor bleed, so your garage doesn’t smell like a refinery

Each system is plumbed using -8an or -10an feed and -6an or -8an return Fragola hoses and fittings, tailored to the horsepower output and chassis layout. All fittings are aluminum, anodized, and pre-terminated with precision-cut ends—no cheap worm clamps or questionable connections. Every hose is measured and terminated for your application, ensuring a clean install with optimal routing and flow.
When combined with our DivisionX fuel pump hats, rails, and regulators, you’re getting a fully integrated system built to withstand heat, vibration, high pressure, and all the ethanol your tuner dares to throw at it.
Avoid rubber hose: PTFE is safer, cleaner, and ethanol-friendly.
Lower temps = better flow: PTFE doesn't soak heat like rubber, reducing vapor lock risk.
No smell = no leak: If you smell fuel, your hose is probably permeating. PTFE solves that.
Stick with Fragola: Their AN fittings seal perfectly and won’t back off under stress.
The Box is DivisionX’s answer to the chaotic spaghetti of relays, wires, and fuses that used to plague high-performance fuel system installs. Whether you’re running a dual or triple pump return-style setup, The Box delivers a centralized, plug-and-play controller that makes wiring simpler, safer, and faster—without sacrificing functionality or performance.
Generally, all of our Lethal Performance and DivisionX systems are shipped with standalone relay harnesses. They work great—but do require a little extra effort to install cleanly. That’s why we created The Box: a compact, race-ready module that combines everything you need into one sleek unit, eliminating zip-tied relays and hacked-together wiring jobs in the trunk or engine bay.

Inside The Box you’ll find:
Three 40-amp heavy-duty relays
Three individually replaceable 30-amp fuses
Labeled LED indicators to instantly show pump status (on/off or fault)
A removable lid for easy access and quick fuse/relay service
Outside, three pre-terminated, plug & play harnesses handle:
Main power and ground
Pump triggers via Hobbs or pressure switches
Connection to your DivisionX fuel hat
Whether you’re running one pump full-time and staging the others under boost—or running all three full-send—The Box is designed to support it cleanly and intelligently.
Why choose The Box over a traditional harness?
Cleaner install — no more loose relays or wire bundles
Easier diagnostics — built-in LEDs show live pump activity
Modular serviceability — pop the lid, swap a fuse, done
Future-proof — works with PWM systems, boost activation, and more
For builders & enthusiasts who care about performance and presentation, The Box is a must. It’s an option available with all DivisionX dual and triple pump systems for 1999–up Mustangs, or available as a standalone upgrade if you’re retrofitting your wiring.
Plan your pump staging: Run one pump full-time and trigger others via Hobbs switch, boost signal, or TPS.
Use proper power: Always feed The Box with a dedicated 8–10 gauge fused power line for maximum reliability.
LEDs = quick diagnostics: If a pump isn’t running, check the indicator LEDs before tearing apart wiring.
Keep it dry: The Box is weather-resistant, but it’s best installed inside the cabin or trunk for long-term protection.
Label your harnesses: If you plan to service the system later, a little prep now can save hours later.

FUEL SYSTEM FAQDivisionX fuel systems aren’t just designed to support big power — they’re proven in battle. From street-driven monsters to full-send drag builds, we trust DivisionX to fuel some of our most iconic project cars. Here are just a few high-horsepower machines running DivisionX gear behind the scenes (and under the seats).
Cobra Build
Our Terminator build is anything but dated. Swapped with a Gen 3 Coyote, paired with a Gen 5 3.8L Whipple, and backed by a 10R80, Project Cobro makes well over 1000HP to the tires — and it wouldn’t be possible without a triple pump DivisionX return-style system feeding it all. Clean, reliable fueling for a Frankenstein of Ford greatness.
Goldmember Build
This car made history for us — our first 8-second street car, and one that went deep into the 8s with a Whipple supercharger and DivisionX fueling. Project Goldmember relied on a DivisionX return-style system featuring PTFE lines, a triple pump hat, and full Fragola fittings. Built for street cruising and track abuse alike, it’s a textbook example of how clean fueling unlocks killer ETs.
GT500 Build
The Predator needed feeding. With a 3.8L Whipple, built motor, and goals well past 1100rwhp, our 2020 GT500 was fitted with a custom DivisionX return-style setup and full support from The Box for smart pump control. From street pull to dragstrip pass, it fuels cleanly and scales as we push for more.
