Lethal’s 2021 Ford Bronco First Edition

Our 2021 Ford Bronco First Edition build was designed to conquer the trails, handle the tough stuff, and look damn good doing it. Instead of chasing quarter-mile times, we focused on traction, durability, and dialed-in off-road performance—with a power bump to make sure it pulls as hard as it looks.

2021 Bronco First Edition | Capable [Mall] Crawler

Under the skin, this Bronco runs a carefully selected list of upgrades from RPG, Whipple, Rigid, and more. Suspension components like the Eibach Pro-Truck Coilover System and RPG billet links help it flex with confidence while keeping street manners in check. Add in skids, lights, and a full storage and recovery setup, and you’ve got a true adventure rig that’s as functional as it is fun. Add in Whipple’s Tomahawk Calibration and high-flow intercooler upgrades, we took it from a factory-rated 253rwhp to a stout 312rwhp and 400rwtq. Whether you're crawling rocks or blasting down fire roads, this First Edition Bronco is ready for whatever you throw at it.

The Whipple Tomahawk calibration boosts the 2.7L EcoBoost from a stock 253rwhp / 318rwtq to 312rwhp / 400rwtq—delivering a noticeable gain in both torque and responsiveness, perfect for off-road and overland use.

Nope. This setup features Whipple’s Tomahawk calibration, a high-flow intercooler, and an upgraded replacement air filter—no blower, just reliable power on pump gas.

We upgraded with RPG Off-Road billet upper and lower links, their adjustable Panhard bar, RockJock’s track bar relocation bracket, and an Eibach Pro-Truck Stage 2 Coilover system for better articulation, control, and trail durability.

Slightly. The Eibach coilovers provide a functional lift to accommodate the 37” tires while maintaining on-road manners.

We’re running VR Forged D14 17x8.5" wheels wrapped in BFGoodrich KO2 37x12.5R17 tires—a tried-and-true combo for both trail grip and daily comfort.

A Corsa 2.75” cat-back single exit exhaust system improves airflow and gives the Bronco a refined, deeper tone that doesn’t drone inside the cabin.

Absolutely. This rig’s equipped with Borne Off-Road soft shackles, a kinetic energy recovery rope, tow strap, tree saver, and Mountains2Metal rear molle panels—plus Moose Knuckle Off-Road Jowl split shackles and a hitch receiver for added utility and trail safety.
