2021–2026 Ford Bronco Exhaust Guide

This cat-back required removing the stock mid-pipe, but everything fit cleanly once installed. The larger diameter piping is a solid move if you plan future upgrades like intercoolers, downpipes, and turbo work.

Compared to axle-backs, the tone gets deeper and more refined, largely because the muffler sits earlier in the system. AWE also gives you multiple tip and exit options you can swap with basic hand tools. Overall, this is one of our favorites for quality, features, and sound.

This axle-back fits both 2.3L and 2.7L Broncos. Depending on your setup, you may need to flip or swap the bracket — it sounds like more than it is, it's driveway-friendly.

The sound increase is mild but noticeable — perfect if you want more character without going loud. The higher routing also helps with clearance. Built from T304 stainless, it's a long-term durability win.

MRT's most aggressive Bronco setup sounds loud when you get on it, but it's not unbearable cruising. Startup is strong, and wide open throttle delivers the "let everyone know" vibe.

2.5" T304 piping and 3.5" tips, offered in polished or Black Ops. The Black Ops tips look right at home on the Bronco.

This was the first exhaust we ran on our Bronco. The install is easy and the sound is a great upgrade over stock. There is some drone, but it's manageable — especially compared to road noise from larger tires.

It's a strong pick if you want more presence without going extreme.

Thermal brings a full 3", mandrel bent, T304 stainless modular design. Pipe walls feel thicker, which helps with the near-zero drone behavior. Install is straightforward and does not require modification.

The sound is subtle and clean under normal driving, then more aggressive under throttle. It's one of the most OEM-like options we tested — just better.

Kooks entered the Bronco market with the Street Series and Adventure Series axle-backs. We tested the Street Series on our 2.7L — it adds a subtle, deep note with a noticeable improvement in rear aesthetics.

If you want a more tucked and discreet setup with more clearance, the Adventure Series is worth a look. Sound stays similar with slight acoustic changes due to routing.

Corsa offers multiple variations with polished or black tips, plus a turn-down option for improved departure angle. Their 2.75" 304 stainless design uses RSC technology to keep the cabin clean.

This one delivers an aggressive, noticeable tone when you want it. It's been a standout favorite for overall sound.
