IMPORTANT: TruCarbon packs all products carefully to prevent damage during shipping. However, damage may still occur occasionally. Please inspect the packaging and the products carefully upon receiving them, then accept the shipment and notate any damages and irregularities—such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts—on both the packaging and the product, in the driver’s presence.
Buyer must retain all cartons, packing materials, and damaged products for inspection. Do not refuse shipment or return it without approval, as the buyer’s right to make a damage claim may be denied. A signed receipt without notation indemnifies the carrier and TruCarbon from further damage claims.
All damages must be reported to both the carrier and dealer within 24 hours. The carrier will determine whether to cover repair or replacement. Replacement value is based on the price paid to the dealer and is non-negotiable. TruCarbon is not liable for the product or carrier claim resolution under any circumstances.
