American-Made and designed for the 2015-19 Chevy Tahoe and GMC Yukon 5.3L and Performance Connect 6.2L, these headers feature 1-7/8" primary tubes that are CNC mandrel bent to increase air flow, and engineered to create power. These headers come with 3" slip-fit collectors, as well as off-road eliminator tubes that flow into 3" lead pipes. Options for connections to Stainless Works exhaust for a full 3" system end to end, or connect to the factory exhaust location.

Choose Your Connection
Stainless Works Tahoe & Yukon systems come in two configurations: Factory Connect and Performance Connect.
Factory Connect allows our headers or exhaust to easily bolt to the factory exhaust or manifolds respectively. They connect to the factory location which includes an exhaust Y-Pipe to accommodate fitment.
Performance Connect is designed to take advantage of performance gains not possible with the standard factory connection point. Both SW headers and SW exhaust are used in this configuration.
