Red A great option for those who want a factory-style look with the aggressive design of the Form Lighting tail lights.
Smoked A dark appearance, great on black and grey vehicles. Using grey-tinted optics, these have a clean appearance, rather than the painted-on look you get with tint films.
Clear A sharp, Euro-style upgrade, best suited for white and silver Mustangs. This option enhances brightness while maintaining a sleek aesthetic.
OEM-Grade Construction. Form Lighting tail lights are built with quality in mind and constructed using OEM-grade materials, including a UV-coated polycarbonate lens, automotive-grade LEDs, and OEM connectors.
Road Legal. All three lens color options illuminate with red LEDs, and are DOT-compliant and legal on-road use.
If your Mustang was built after February 2024, use the included tail light adapter harness. You can find your build date on the driver-side door sill.
Connect the red AMP wire to enable the amber turn signal. Leave it disconnected for a red signal. Leave the blue AMP wires connected to keep the startup sequence or disconnect them to disable it.

- Please ensure your build date is pre February 2024 if ordering
- If your vehicle has the amber- or red-only version, these connectors will not apply.
