Camburg 1.25" Performance Uniball Upper Arms (W/ Covers) (2009-2020 Ford F-150) - CAM-110187
Our updated design features a billet aluminum cover for the uniball, preventing dirt and contaminants from entering. The cap is press-fit with an O-ring seal. Our Camburg upper arms replace stock ball-joints with a larger 1.25 uni-ball bearing, increasing wheel travel and durability. We optimize geometry for correct alignment and improved handling using CAD/CAM software and laser scanning. Manufactured in-house, our arms are laser cut, bent, MIG welded, sandblasted, and powder-coated. Machined parts include stainless steel uniball mis-alignment spacers. Features include increased wheel travel, corrected camber and caster, elimination of weak ball-joints, thick tubing, polyurethane bushings with grease-able fittings, PTFE-lined uniballs, steel gray powder-coating, and all necessary hardware. Designed for 1-3" lift. Note that trimming may be required for certain wheel/tire combinations, and larger OEM wheels/tires may require hub-centric wheel spacers.
Corrects camber and caster
Eliminates weak factory ball-joints
Increases usable wheel travel
When lifting your truck, the stock upper arms become the limiting factor and holds back your suspensions performance. Our Camburg upper arms address these issues and more. Replacing the stock ball-joint with a uniball bearing we’re able to gain wheel travel with a part that is considerably stronger and will last longer under extreme conditions. We build more caster and change the camber curve to correct geometry so the vehicle aligns correctly and improves driving characteristics and handling. Using the latest CAD/CAM engineering software we design these arms to the strictest standards using our FARO laser scan arm to model the OEM parts and frames. Manufactured in-house, we have the tubes CNC laser cut and bent, then are MIG welded in precision fixtures before sending out to be sandblasted and powder-coated. Our in-house CNC machine shop makes all the machined parts including the uniball mis-alignment spacers from heat-treated stainless steel. We pride ourselves in producing the best parts available under our own roof and control.
