Our Camburg upper arms are designed to address the limitations of stock upper arms when lifting your truck. By replacing the stock ball-joint with a larger 1.25 uni-ball bearing, we improve wheel travel and durability under extreme conditions. We also adjust the caster and camber curve to correct geometry, enhancing driving characteristics and handling. Our arms are meticulously engineered using CAD/CAM software and our in-house CNC machine shop produces all the necessary machined parts. The arms are made from thick .156" wall round tubing, laser cut and CNC bent, and MIG welded in precision fixtures. They are then sandblasted and powder-coated for a durable finish. The arms come with polyurethane frame pivot bushings with grease-able zerk fittings and FK 1.25" PTFE-lined uniballs pre-installed. All necessary hardware is included for installation. The arms are designed for 1-3" of lift and also fit '07-20 Tahoe/Yukon SUVs (without electronic controlled suspension). Please note that some factory wheels may require a wheel spacer and we recommend aftermarket wheels with a zero offset for optimum performance and fit. When lifting your truck, the stock upper arms become the limiting factor and holds back your suspensions performance. Our Camburg upper arms address these issues and more. Replacing the stock ball-joint with a uniball bearing we’re able to gain wheel travel with a part that is considerably stronger and will last longer under extreme conditions. We build more caster and change the camber curve to correct geometry so the vehicle aligns correctly and improves driving characteristics and handling. Using the latest CAD/CAM engineering software we design these arms to the strictest standards using our FARO laser scan arm to model the OEM parts and frames. Manufactured in-house, we have the tubes CNC laser cut and bent, then are MIG welded in precision fixtures before sending out to be sandblasted and powder-coated. Our in-house CNC machine shop makes all the machined parts including the uniball mis-alignment spacers from heat-treated stainless steel.
