The new Whipple Cobra Jet tensioner plate is designed to work with all 2011-2019 Mustangs running the Gen 5 3.0L Whipple Supercharger with the 10 Rib belt setup. The new Cobra Jet tensioner plate uses an additional 10 rib idler pulley to help create better belt wrap and prevent belt slip. This upgrade is beneficial for those looking to make max boost and not have to worry about boost / power loss due to belt slip.
