Shoemaker Performance

Tuned by “The Tunemaker.” Ghost cam guru. Street-built with track-born attitude.

Shoemaker Performance is where horsepower meets personality. Rob Shoemaker, the man behind the name, is known for his unique blend of aggressive, reliable, and dialed-in custom tunes — and his no-BS attitude toward making your car run right. Whether you’re looking for a hard-hitting ghost cam, a clean E85 setup, or a max-effort Whipple tune, Shoemaker delivers.

With thousands of Ford platforms tuned remotely, Rob’s become a favorite in the Mustang and F-150 community.

Custom Tune Features

  • Crisp throttle response — no lag, no slop, just punchy power delivery
  • Ghost cam option — lopey, cammed idle (Coyote 5.0L, GT350, off-road use only)
  • E85 and Flex Fuel support — great for bolt-on and boosted builds
  • Transmission tuning — especially 10R80 Mustang GT/F-150 autos
  • Detailed datalog review — Shoemaker guides you through idle, part-throttle, and WOT logging
  • Tuned with attitude — power delivery that’s aggressive but never twitchy

How the Tune Process Works

  1. Order your tune from The Tune Shop (device optional)
  2. Submit your tuning info form (mods, fuel type, goals, etc.)
  3. Shoemaker sends your base tune (typically 2–3 business days)
  4. Flash the tune using your RTD/MPVI3 or SCT device
  5. Send datalogs of idle, cruise, and WOT pulls
  6. Receive revisions and fine-tune until it’s perfect

Why We Trust Shoemaker at Lethal

Rob doesn’t just tune for dyno numbers — he tunes for how the car feels. That’s why he's trusted on builds that need attitude and street/strip balance. When our customers want something with a bit more “character,” Shoemaker is who we recommend.
