    The SCT handheld programmer and Venomous Tuning Custom tune is a simple solution to adding more horsepower and torque to your 2007-2014 Shelby GT500. Not only is the added power a benefit of a Venomous Custom tune but you can also expect increased throttle response, higher revs and overall excellent drivability.

    Once the order is placed for the Venomous Tuning custom tuned device we will email you a link to our custom tune request form. You'll fill out the form with all the info about your vehicle and it's modifications and from that Venomous Tuning will start to build your custom tune from scratch.

    We ship the device 2nd day air at no additional cost. When you receive the device you'll load the custom tune file which was emailed to you into the device using SCT's tune loading software. Once the tune is on the device simply plug the device into your OBDII port and follow the steps to program the vehicle with the "Custom Tune". You do not want to choose the strategy tune which is an SCT pre-loaded file but again the "Custom Tune" provided by Venomous Tuning.

    Venomous Tuning is a one-on-one experience. You talk with the calibrator. Nothing takes the place of a personal phone conversation or a face-to-face so you can have full confidence in the process from start to finish. OUR TUNES ARE 100% CUSTOM AND BUILT FOR YOU FROM THE GROUND UP. THAT MEANS YOU’LL BE DATALOGGING.

    We strive to be “everything to a select few”. We limit the number of tuning customers we have at any time so we can fully concentrate on and communicate with you! No “help desk” here.

    Stage 1 is for stock and lightly modded Ford cars and trucks. Stage 1 mods may include injectors, cold air intakes, twin bore throttle bodies, headers and pulley.

    WHAT YOU CAN ADJUST
    Adjustable Options vary for each vehicle and are not available on all vehicles

    Axle Ratio
    Correct the vehicle speedometer (and fuel efficiency calculations) if you have changed the gear ratio on your vehicle. If no gear ration modifications have been made to the vehicle, then choose the stock setting when the tuner prompts you to choose a gear ratio. This will ensure that no modifications are made to the stock program.

    CMCV Delete
    Allows you to disable the CMCV (Charge Motion Control Valve) in your vehicles PCM to prevent a Check Engine light and other issues associated with removing the CMCV plates in your vehicle.

    Disable DOD
    Allows you to disable / enable the Displacement On Demand functions of your vehicles PCM.

    Exhaust Y Pipe
    Support for Kooks High Flow Y Pipes

    Fan Control
    Lowers the Temperature at which the Fan turns on.

    Fuel Injectors
    Allows you to adjust for different sized fuel injectors.

    Global Spark
    Allows addition or removal of timing across all RPM ranges

    Headers
    Allows adjustment for Longtube headers

    Idle Adjust
    Enable and select a value for Engine Idle position. This is a great feature for keeping voltage in the vehicle up while running auxiliary electronics off of the vehicle’s power system.

    Intake Airbox
    Allows an aftermarket intake to be run on the vehicle without a Check Engine Light. For Intake Kits that require tuning, this will provide a selection of available intake kits.

    Mass Air Meter (MAF)
    Allows you to select from different aftermarket MAF (Mass Air Meters).

    Multiple Displacement System (MDS)
    Enabling the MDS (Multiple Displacement System) initiates a fuel saving 4-cylinder engine mode and disables additional engine cylinders.

    Rev Limiter
    Regulate the highest RPM that an engine can reach before the engine is electronically limited. Increasing the RPM limit is recommended only for racing purposes. Once of the most important ways to protect your engine from damage is to keep the RPMs from going too high.

    RPM Based Spark
    Allows you to Add or Remove Timing by RPM Range. (0-2000)(2000-4000)(4000-8000)

    Speed Limiter
    Change the top speed that the vehicle will reach before the engine automatically limits the power needed to go faster.

    Throttle Body
    Compensates for aftermarket Throttle Bodies (BBK 65/85/90 MM)

    Throttle Sensitivity
    Adjust the throttle sensitivity for stock, fuel saver, performance and extreme modes.

    Tire Size
    Correct the speedometer if you have changed your tire size from stock.

    Torque Reduction
    Reduce torque durning shifting (makes shift more firm)

    TPMS
    Change or disable the Tire Pressure Monitoring System.

    Traction Control
    Allows you to disable the vehicles Traction Control without using the button in the vehicle.

    Transmission Shift Firmness
    Change the shift firmness of an automatic transmission.

    Transmission Shift Points
    Change the RPMs at which an automatic transmission will change gears.

  • Lund Racing Boost Box Omega for SCT Devices

    The LR-BBNGP is a 3.5 bar boost sensor WITH BARO correction. It is a plug-and-play unit specific to version 2 ofthe nGauge (serial numbers with a second digit of 2, for example 020123). This unit is PLUG AND PLAY, meaning noexternal power is needed. This unit comes with the necessary wire to plug into the nGauge.

    The BBSCP is a 3.5 bar boost sensor WITH BARO correction, plug-and-play, specific to SCT Devices. It has beentested with all SCT devices that use a firewire analog input. It is PLUG and PLAY, meaning no external power isneeded; however, this unit needs the additional fire wire cable to connect to the SCT device. We have this versionavailable: LR-BSC Cable, as you see above.

    NOTES:

    • For 2011+ Mustang 5.0L Coyote / 5.2L GT350's and Ecoboost mustang customers: Cammed tunes are available for manual AND automatic transmissions. The car must be for "OFF ROAD" USE ONLY and you will need to consent to a waiver. This is a novelty tune, so some minor drivability issues are to be expected just as you would have with a car running a large camshaft, so those quirks will not be chased by Lund Racing.

     

    • Flex Fuel capability is only compatible with 2011+ Coyote 5.0L and Voodoo 5.2L (GT350 and GT350R). 2011-2014 Mustang 5.0L require a minimum of 47lb fuel injectors for all E85/Flex Fuel bolt on tunes.

     

    • When purchasing a tune for an aftermarket blower/turbo application, a remote tuning session with Lund Racing is INCLUDED! This will ensure that the vehicle makes the most power possible, safely. You will be required to datalog the vehicle & email the logs to Lund Racing.

    • For minor changes such as adding a different intake, pulley or headers there is no charge for the first 90 days.  After 90 days there will be a small charge for tune updates and this will need to be done directly through Lund Racing. If you happen to upgrade from a stock blower to a Whipple or Turbo setup there will be additional charges as those setups are unique and require additional tuning.
