ZEX™ Blackout Nitrous Systems™ are unprecedented for looks, performance and power potential. Like all ZEX™ nitrous systems, the Blackout Kits incorporate the most technically advanced performance features available, including the patented ZEX™ Active Fuel Control™. This feature automatically adjusts the nitrous fuel enrichment so your engine never runs too rich or too lean. In addition, the ZEX™ Blackout Nitrous Systems™ feature a throttle-by-wire compatible electronic TPS switch for system activation at wide open throttle. Power settings vary for each application specific kit and all ship complete with appropriate tuning jets, as well as fuel tap fittings, solenoids, filters & all necessary activation electronics.

The NX Stage 1 EFI nitrous system is the top of the line EFI power booster on the market. From the billet aluminum and carbon fiber solenoids, to our patented Shark nozzle, this system screams nothing but quality.
This system includes a single Shark nozzle, nozzle mounting bung, Lightning series solenoids, 24in D-3 stainless braided solenoid to nozzle lines, 15 Foot D-4 stainless braided nitrous feed line, 18in D-4 fuel feed line, nickel plated fittings, wide open throttle switch, master arming switch, 40 Amp relay, relay harness, Ford fuel rail fitting, stainless bottle brackets and a 10 lb nitrous bottle with the Lightning 45 bottle valve. This system includes jetting for 35, 50, 75, 100 and 150HP. The system can be easily upgraded later to support up to 250HP.
This system includes the latest technology and the best components available. NX Lightning solenoids feature an improved flow path that eliminates sharp turns and expansion areas in the nitrous flow path. This keeps the nitrous in dense liquid form which makes more power on less nitrous. Lightning nitrous solenoids feature an integrated purge port which allows you to connect a purge valve directly to the body of the nitrous solenoid for clean looks and less plumbing. Lightning Series solenoids feature CNC aluminum bodies topped with Carbon Fiber cans for the ultimate in weight savings.
The billet aluminum Lightning 45 bottle valve not only looks great; It is packed with features including an integrated gauge port, an integrated push port, a large .325 orifice and an improved flow path with only one 45 degree turn. The Lightning 45 bottle valve looks sexy, flows great and weighs nearly one full pound less than our old style NX 45 valve.

Gain up to 200 HP. This wet nitrous plate system comes out of the box ready to spray up to 200 HP but is capable flowing up to 400 HP with additional jetting.
Wet Nitrous Plate. This system includes a billet aluminum plate to fit stock 1999-01 Cobra, 03-04 Mach 1 4Valve intakes and is capable of flowing up to 400 HP of nitrous. Each billet plate has a black anodized finish with laser etched logo and fuel/nitrous labels.
Superior Atomization. This injection plate has 6 specially designed nitrous and fuel discharge ports that completely saturate the air intake charge for the best atomized mixture possible. For higher horsepower levels proper distribution into the air stream is critical for equal cylinder to cylinder distribution.
Vehicle Specific. The Nitrous Outlet 1999-01 Cobra, 03-04 Mach 1 4Valve specific nitrous system is the safest, best fitting, and most tuner friendly system available.This system is designed specifically for the modular Mach 1 4 valve platform, including vehicle specific solenoid brackets, pre-bent hardline, Billet fuel line adapter and application specific hardware so that you won't have to order special fittings or different length hoses for a custom looking install. In return you get the best fitment and cleanest install on the market.
Complete System. This system includes all of the necessary components, jetting, hardware and wiring to install a wet nitrous system capable of adding 200 HP to your vehicle.
Wide Open Throttle Activation. This system includes a wide open throttle (WOT) switch that only allows the system to be activated when the motor is at full throttle. This safety feature will help prevent engine damage and lean spikes.
Application. This system is specifically designed to fit 1999-01 Cobra, 03-04 Mach 1 4-Valve Mustangs with a stock intake.
