The RXT 1200 Street Twin Clutch Assembly is the solution to extreme street-able horsepower. The RXT 1200 can handle up to 1200 HP while still maintaining light pedal effort and excellent street characteristics. Since this assembly adapts to most applications, there is no need to purchase a new flywheel, which considerably lowers the overall cost of the unit.

The RXT 1200 is the newest member of McLeod’s world famous twin disc line-up. The RXT1200 has all of the same great feature as the RXT with the added benefit of a higher clamp load pressure plate for an incredible 1200HP of holding power.

Steel Construction. Manufactured from steel for extra strength, this Lethal Performance Lightened Steel Flywheel features a ring gear of 164 teeth, an engine balance of 0 oz, and an eight bolt main pattern. Steel flywheels are perfect for street and race applications where off the line acceleration is desired.

SFI Certified. If you're using this flywheel in high performance or racing applications, SFI Certification is critical so you can run your mustang at the track or strip. And it's great for peace of mind even in a daily driver - at higher RPMs, stock cast flywheels have been known to explode.

Application. The Lethal Performance Lightened Steel Flywheel fits the 1999-Mid 2001 GT, 1996-2004 Cobra, 2003-2004 Mach 1, 2011-2014 GT and 2012-2013 Boss 302 Mustangs with an eight bolt main. This is the perfect companion to your new clutch.

Technical Note. The Lethal Performance lightened steel flywheel has an 8 bolt main that is found in the 1999-mid 01 Mustang GT's with production date ending on 06/01, 1996-2004 Mustang Cobra's, 2003-2004 Mach 1's, 2011-2014 GT's and 2012-2013 Boss 302.

Intended for the high horsepower street fan, the RST Street Twin clutch kit is an economically priced twin disc clutch that does not include a flywheel(re-use your existing one). Able to handle 800HP, this clutch kit can handle almost any horse-power you can throw at it and still remain street driveable. Organic lined clutch discs will provide smooth engagement with a soft pedal effort to make this clutch kit ideal for the street performance enthusiast.
