Description PNR intercooler reservoirs are designed and made in the USA. 7.5 gallon intercooler tank with choice of a DC150 pump Davies Craig 150 is a good alternative to the EMP pump. It mounts to the back of the tank. The pump will add about 5″ to the tank. Its definately recommended for a car that gets a lot of street milage. Installation kits come complete to the ice tank with two straight fittings for the feed and return ports on tank, 50’ of heater hose, clamps to hold the hose to chassis, brass ball valve for drain, nylon clamps for hose, stainless hardware, fused relay for pump. CAPS: We have a few different caps to choose from under the options. First is our 6″ standard black and clear cap that is nice because it allows you to see the coolant flow. Next is the Xlarge version of that cap with a 8″ opening that allows you to see through. These caps are nice, but they dont hold well to antifreeze well. Some last a year before cracking and others last multiple years. We carry both of these caps in a solid black textured pattern that hold up to anything and wont crack. Next is our black and red ring with clear center. The clear center on these caps are made of a better material that holds up to the antifreeze. We have never heard of the clear center cracking on these. These caps are one of our best sealers and do not leak. We use a custom cut gasket on these to make a great seal. Black hinged cam lock cap is a good option for race cars. They make it easy to add ice. They have a nice gasket on them as well, but will leak past the oring if filled too high. Billet black aluminum cap. This is our best and nicest cap we have. We tried about four different types of billet aluminum caps and the ones we carry are the best by far. Complete half moon shaped ice tanks that sit in spare tire well. These are complete kits that are listed in stages. All these half moon tanks here will come standard with extra large black cap, with the option to put a black/clear cap. Note the black and clear caps have been known to crack at the clear center due to excess heat in trunk. I recommend the full black cap or the black and red ring cap. The black/red ring cap is the best out there for sealing. It has ten mounting bolts instead of 6 like the standard one, and has outside threads. The black and red cap will not fit flush under carpet.
