This is our Wicker Bill for the Ford Mustang 2003-2004 Cobra spoiler commonly added to all models via the factory spoiler or with an aftermarket spoiler. Made of 3/16 Lexan with smoke clear center section. Comes with all mounting hardware. Spoiler Not Included. The material is a solid black finish that is gloss on both sides. The center piece of the wicker is clear (see through) finish.
