    The OEM stock front endlinks are fixed in length. That simplicity can be a detriment to tuning a Mustang for higher levels of performance. A stack-up of production tolerances can often lead to preloading of the front swaybar. The preloaded swaybar in turn affects the car’s corner weights. Uneven diagonal corner weights will adversely affect handling by aiding cornering in one direction while hindering cornering in the opposite direction.

    The Powergrid adjustable endlinks provide the ability to easily adjust the length of the swaybar endlinks. Properly setting the length will improve handling by eliminating any swaybar preload.

    The Powergrid endlinks are not limited to just track-driven cars. Anyone that has taken the time to upgrade even their street-driven car's suspension should consider the Powergrid endlinks. The influence of the sway bar on your Mustang’s suspension is as important on the street as it is on the track.

    The Powergrid endlinks use adjustable THK resin ball-stud links. Laboratory and field durability testing ensures they meet stringent OEM requirements. They feature a waterproof seal, very low friction in the joint, and up to 50 degrees of articulation. This eliminates binding and allows for smooth load transitions.

    Each THK Ball Link is composed of a high-precision ball bearing, a die-cast holder, and a shank connected to the ball by a special welding method. Through a unique production process, the mirror surface of the ball bearing is copied onto the inner mounting surface for perfect contact between them, achieving outstanding wear resistance, exceedingly smooth motion, and high strength.

The amount of force exerted on the sway bar end link is staggering—especially in high-G, cornering situations. If you upgrade your suspension and use an aftermarket sway bar, like BMR Suspension's SB041, the load on the end links is ever higher. The ELK010 end link kit allows you to push your Mustang to the limit without fear of bending or breaking front sway bar end links due to excessive load. The stock sway bar end links do a good job of transferring the sway bar load on stock S197s. Increased deflection means less sway bar rate, leaving you with increased body roll and reduced handling ability. BMR’s heavy-duty adjustable end links will not deflect, giving you the full potential of the sway bar, no matter how hard you drive. The adjustable links give you the ability to correct sway bar geometry and working angles on lowered S197s and cars with adjustable sway bars.
